We are hiring a full-time maintenance technician to perform repairs and upkeep at our residential properties. Work includes plumbing repairs, painting, carpentry, appliance troubleshooting, and grounds maintenance. Must have a valid NYS driver's license and basic tools. HVAC or electrical certifications are a plus.
