Pizzeria Florian is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Front of House Lead to oversee our dining room operations and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned restaurant professional who thrives on building strong teams, maintaining high service standards, and leading by example.

We're looking for someone who is organized, confident, and passionate about hospitality. The ideal candidate has previous restaurant management or supervisory experience and is comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on service during busy shifts.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise front of house operations during service

Coach, motivate, and support the front of house team

Deliver an exceptional guest experience and promptly resolve customer concerns

Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence are consistently maintained

Coordinate with kitchen leadership to ensure efficient service

Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding team members

Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and end-of-shift procedures

Oversee beer, wine, and cocktail program

Qualifications:

3+ years of restaurant experience with supervisory or management responsibilities preferred

Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Outstanding communication and customer service skills

Experience with POS systems and restaurant operations

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge is necessary
