Seasonal Retail Associate

Spruce on Main is a modern yet classic collection of apparel, home decor, accessories and gifts. Our kids shop, Little Spruce, is located in the same plaza.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Operate the cash register and process transactions
• Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain displays
• Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout area clean and organized.
• Help receive and unpack new inventory
• Work flexible part-time hours; including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to help others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Previous retail experience is helpful but not always required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as required
