Certified Personal Trainer

We’re hiring a personal trainer for our higher end gym on Hertel Ave. [Sweat] Society opened in 2018 and we’re a tight community of people who actually like showing up for each other. We offer Studio Group Classes, Open Gym and Personal Training. We have 2 floors of training space and on the second floor is our full service open gym along with personal training. We’re open every day from 4:30am to 11pm, so there’s flexibility in when you can work.

What you’ll do:

• Train clients one on one and build programs around their goals, schedule and any injuries
• Run consults and keep track of your clients’ progress
• Grow your own client base. We’ll provide clients and are seeking someone with strong communication.
• Be part of the community at events, run club and partnerships

What we’re looking for:

• A current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM or similar)

CPR/AED certification

• At least a year of training experience preferred
• Someone who is a good coach and easy to talk to reliable, professional and takes pride in their work
• Comfortable using Mindbody for scheduling or willing to learn

Nice to have:

• Specialty certifications like strength and conditioning, corrective exercise or pre and postnatal
• Experience coaching group classes or small group training
• Background in strength, running, Pilates or mobility

What you get:
